About us

TractorSource is an authorized Huayee dealer based in Altoona, Pennsylvania. We sell construction and landscaping equipment and attachments. Product availability, specifications, and pricing can change.

Quotes, orders, and pricing

Website prices and descriptions are informational. A binding sale is formed only when we confirm an order in writing (email or invoice) and payment terms are agreed. Taxes, freight, dealer prep, and fees may apply and will be disclosed before final payment.

Payments

We accept payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. For larger equipment, we may require a deposit with the balance due before delivery or pickup. Card and bank payments are processed by third-party providers.

Delivery and pickup

Freight and local delivery are arranged case by case. See our Delivery page for general guidance. Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Buyer is responsible for site access, unloading assistance when required, and inspecting equipment upon receipt.

Warranty

Manufacturer/dealer warranty details are described on our Warranty page and in your sale documents. Unauthorized modifications or misuse may void coverage.

Returns and cancellations

See our Return Policy. Custom, freight, and special-order equipment often has limited or no return rights once ordered or shipped.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, scrape content in a way that harms the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Content on this site is owned by TractorSource or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TractorSource is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or equipment purchases beyond amounts you paid us for the specific order at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts serving Blair County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
