Overview

TractorSource sells heavy equipment and attachments. Because machines are large, freighted, and often configured to order, returns are limited. This policy explains how cancellations and returns work.

Attachments and small accessories

Unused attachments and small accessories in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

• You contact us first and receive a return authorization

• The item is unused, complete, and in resalable condition

• You pay return freight unless we confirm the return is due to our error

Refunds (minus shipping if applicable) are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return.

Mini excavators, skid steers, and other machines

Once a machine order is confirmed and a deposit is paid, cancellations and returns are not guaranteed. Deposits may be non-refundable if we have already ordered, prepped, or reserved the unit. After delivery or pickup:

• Machines are generally not returnable except for documented shipping damage or a material defect covered under warranty procedures

• Report freight damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos

Wrong item or our error

If we shipped the wrong item or made a clear order error, contact us immediately. We will arrange a remedy (replacement, correction, or refund) at no extra freight cost to you when the error is ours.

How to start a return or cancellation

    1. Include your order/invoice number, product, and reason

      1. Wait for written authorization before shipping anything back

    3. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  3. Refund timing

  4. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (or after a cancellation is approved).

Warranty vs returns

Warranty repairs/replacements follow the Warranty page and manufacturer terms and are separate from this return policy.
